How do I book a nurse or caregiver at home?
You can select your city or detect your location, browse verified nurse profiles matching your required care, choose a suitable date and time slot, and confirm your booking securely online. You will receive booking confirmation and real-time coordinator support.
Can I book same-day or urgent home nursing visits?
Yes. In active service areas like Kharar, Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, and Panchkula, nurses with available open slots can accept same-day requests, subject to local provider availability.
Can I choose the gender of the nurse or caregiver?
Yes. When browsing verified providers on the Ruviolabs platform, you can filter by nurse gender (female/male), clinical specialties, and spoken languages to ensure patient comfort.
Nurse Qualifications & Clinical Safety
What qualifications do Ruviolabs nurses hold?
Every clinical nurse on the platform holds a recognized nursing degree (GNM or B.Sc Nursing) and an active registration certificate with their respective State Nursing Council. We conduct thorough identity (Aadhaar), degree, and police background checks before profile verification.
Do I need a doctor's prescription for home care procedures?
Yes. For clinical interventions such as injections (IM, IV, SC), IV drip infusions, urinary catheterization, Ryle's tube insertion, and surgical wound dressings, a valid written medical prescription from a licensed physician is mandatory under Indian medical regulations.
Does Ruviolabs provide emergency hospital ambulance services?
No. Ruviolabs is a scheduled home healthcare coordination platform. In the event of acute medical emergencies, chest pain, breathing collapse, or severe trauma, please call national emergency services immediately at 112 or 108.
Pricing, Payments & Cancellations
How is pricing calculated for home nursing services?
Pricing is 100% transparent and displayed upfront based on the specific clinical procedure, shift duration (single procedure, 4 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours), and care complexity. There are zero hidden fees.
What payment methods are supported on Ruviolabs?
We accept secure digital payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking through Razorpay, as well as verified cash on visit where enabled.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Bookings can be cancelled through your patient dashboard. Cancellations made prior to the nurse’s dispatch window qualify for a full prompt refund processed directly to your original payment method.
